Christmas Delivery InformationOur last despatch date for Christmas delivery is 22nd December 2025 to UK mainland addresses. Addresses outside of UK mainland, we strongly recommend placing orders before 19th December 2025 for delivery prior to Christmas. Whilst we do everything possible to ensure orders arrive before Christmas, we highly recommend placing any Christmas required orders well in advance. At this time of year, our couriers are operating at full capacity, and delays, especially in the final week before the holidays, are increasingly likely and outside our control. Both our offices and showroom will close at the end of the business day on the 23rd December and will reopen on 2nd January 2026. Occasionally severe weather can disrupt deliveries. If you're concerned that this may be the case in your area then please click on your chosen courier below for service updates on the areas currently affected by bad weather.
Signing For Delivery
Someone will have to be at the requested delivery address to sign for the order. Our couriers will not leave a parcel behind the back gate etc. This is for peace of mind for us, as well as, our customers to ensure a safe delivery.
Delivery Attempted - No Answer
If no one is home, the courier will leave a card or send an SMS/email notification with the contact details for arranging redelivery. This is usually the next working day. If you do not contact the courier, your goods may be sent to a local collection point or returned to us. We can resend your order, but additional delivery charges will apply.
Order Tracking
You will receive full tracking details via email once your order has been fulfilled by our warehouse. If you require any further assistance please contact us.
Can I change my delivery address?
Before you place your order you can specify a delivery address different to the billing address. Unfortunately due to security reasons, after we have received and processed your order we are unable to alter the delivery address.
