Returns Information

Please inspect your goods upon delivery to ensure the packaging is intact and all items are in good condition before signing for them. In the unlikely event that items are faulty, damaged or incorrect please refuse delivery and contact our Customer Services as soon as possible. If damaged or faulty items are discovered after delivery, notify Customer Services immediately. We may ask for video/photograph evidence of this which can be sent to our email returns@cbspowertools.co.uk or our WhatsApp 07772972220. We kindly ask that all goods are checked within a reasonable timeframe, preferably within 1 week of receipt, and before they are moved or transported elsewhere.

 

In the unlikely event that a product does not meet your expectation and/or you have mistakenly ordered the wrong product, we will accept returns/exchanges within 14 days after receipt. All items must be unused and in their original packaging. It is your responsibility to return the product to us and to cover any associated costs of said return/exchange and we strongly advise that a tracked postal service is used. Your return must also include all accessories, gifts and promotional items supplied with the original product. Please ensure that the items are securely packaged to prevent loss and/or damages in transit as this could result in the return not being accepted.

Once approved, please follow the instructions to return your goods, this is usually sent via email.

 

If you prefer, please email our returns department along with your order number to returns@cbspowertools.co.uk for a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Failure to include the RMA number with the returned product may delay the refund. It is your responsibility to return the product to us and to cover any associated costs of return and we strongly advise that a tracked postal service is used.

 

Our warehouse accepts returns Monday to Friday between 08:00 and 16:30. Deliveries made outside of these hours will not be accepted. We cannot take responsibility for failed deliveries attempted outside of these times or for any loss or damage caused by your chosen courier.

 

We can arrange for a postage label to be supplied or a collection arranged on your behalf for any unwanted item(s). Collections from customers are available Monday to Friday and are to take place between 08:00 and 18:00. The courier cannot call prior to collection and we cannot provide a narrower timeframe as this is solely down to the courier. You should receive SMS notification on the day of collection via the courier. This service is provided by the courier and subsequently outside of our control. The charge for collection may vary depending on the size of item(s) and location. Please ask Customer Services for the associated costs. CBS Power Tools cannot be responsible for failed or delayed collections.

 

Please note, certain items may be subject to a small restocking fee.

 

Cancellations

 

If you need to cancel your order before it has been despatched please contact Customer Services as soon as possible at sales@cbspowertools.co.uk or call us on 01733 343031.

 

Orders that have already been despatched can no longer be cancelled and will instead be handled as returns.

 

Once your order has been successfully cancelled you should receive emailed confirmation and a full refund within 14 working days.

Refunds

 

As soon as your return has been received and confirmed by ourselves, you will get your refund for your item(s) the same way you paid for them. For example, if you paid using a debit card - you will get your money back on the same card or if you paid using PayPal - your money should be paid back into your PayPal account etc.

 

Refunds can take up to 14 working days depending on how long your bank takes to process things on their side. In the unlikely event this timeframe has surpassed since confirmation of reception by ourselves, please contact us at returns@cbspowertools.co.uk so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right for you.
