Product Details
The Makita 40Vmax Brushless 1/2" Plunge Router is a plunge-type cordless router powered by a 40Vmax XGT Li- Ion battery (not included). The router features a high power brushless XGT motor with increased cooling efficiency designed to achieve power output similar to a 2,100W AC router. The high power and constant speed control reduce the chance of a drop in cutting speed maintaining a clean cut on the workpiece.
Makita's RP001G Router also features an electric brake that gently reduces cutter speed, reducing damage to the work material caused by a rapid stop. This tool also features the Auto-start Wireless System (AWS) which allows users to wirelessly power on and off compatible dust extractors via Bluetooth.
This cordless 1/2” plunge router is powered by Makita 40Vmax XGT Battery Packs (not included), which are compatible with all 40Vmax tools, delivering more work per charge and more work over the life of the pack.
