Please Note: All deliveries must be signed for. Our carriers will not leave a parcel without a signature.

The prices shown on our website are for UK sales.

There is a standard £5.95 + vat shipping and handling charge on UK mainland orders under £100.
Note: This charge will be higher for non-mainland destinations such as UK Islands and Highlands of Scotland, and for other countries.

For orders over £100, carriage is free of charge to most UK mainland destinations (except UK Islands and Highlands of Scotland) .

For all orders outside the UK Mainland, additional carriage charges will apply. Other factors, such as product size and weight can also have an impact on shipping costs. The correct cost of shipping will be added to your order total during the checkout process, once a correct delivery address has been entered.

Please note that due to the limitations of our carrier service we are unable to deliver goods to certain destinations. To check if your destination address is supported, please use the Shipping fee estimate option on the checkout page.

Unfortunately we are unable to dispatch goods to consumers in the Republic of Ireland due to limitations imposed by the Irish Government EU VAT Threshold. Business that are VAT registered in the Republic of Ireland can email sales@cbspowertools.co.uk for a quotation.

Environmental Packaging Policy

Where possible we will box-up your order for transit using recycled materials. In most cases the manufacturer's orignial box will be sufficient, expecially for large items. Additional packing is added for fragile items. To keep costs down and to be kind to the environment we will reuse and recycle all boxes that are in good condition for sending orders.

Interlink Delivery Information

Interlink 1 Hour Delivery Window

We are well aware that most people do not want to wait in all day for deliveries. That is why all our parcels whether big or small are sent out using Interlink carriers.
As soon as Interlink have loaded there vans on day of delivery they will send a text message (providing a mobile number is given) with an estimated hour time slot for your delivery and all your consignment number details. If the time given is not convenient for you all you have to do is reply to the text message to select a different day.
If a mobile number is not provided an email with the same details will be sent out.

Will I have to sign for my delivery?

Yes, someone will have to be at the requested delivery address to sign for the order. Our carriers will not leave a parcel behind the back gate or with a neighbour etc. This is for peace of mind for us as well as our customers to ensure safe delivery.

Can I request a specific delivery date or time?

Unfortunately we are unable to specify a date time or whether your delivery will be morning or afternoon.

What happens if I'm not at home when the carriers deliver?

If there is no-one home Interlink will put a card through your door with all the relevant contact details for your local depot etc for you to re-arrange delivery. If you do not contact the carriers goods will be returned back to ourselves, we can re-send out your items but they will then be subject to further delivery charges.

How do I track my order?

By using the link below directly to the DPD tracking website, Use the advanced search and by using the delivery postcode and the last four numbers of your online order number (sent to you in your order confirmation) you will be able to watch your order from the moment it leaves our warehouse until it arrives on your doorstep. Can I change my delivery address?

When you place your order you can specify a delivery address different to the invoice address. After we have received and processed your order we are unfortunately unable to alter the delivery address.
